One Week at a Time was an Australian Football League analysis show currently airing on One HD at 9.30pm AEST. It looks at the latest news, drama and issues concerning the AFL. It features a panel of host Stephen Quartermain, and former players Robert Walls and Luke Darcy. Previously, the third panel position was rotated between Darcy, Matthew Lloyd, Matthew Richardson and Tom Harley.
A special guest (usually a current player or senior coach) will sit on the panel for around half the length of the show to be interviewed by, and discuss prominent issues with, the other three. Previous guests on the show include Luke Ball, Paul Chapman, Neil Craig, Rodney Eade, Josh Fraser, Brendon Goddard, Brad Green, Barry Hall, Chris Judd, Matthew Knights, Ross Lyon, Mark McVeigh, Robert Murphy, Adam Simpson, and Collingwood club president Eddie McGuire.
The show also presents weekly nominees for the AFL's Mark of the Year and Goal of the Year awards.
In 2011, an NRL version of the same name premiered on ONE HD. However, in September 2011, David Knox of TV Tonight has announced that this version of the show will take the axe, due to poor ratings. It is currently unknown if the AFL version will remain for season 2012; this is due to Network Ten losing the rights to broadcasting the AFL from that season onwards.
